From wine tasting in the Barossa Valley to dinner and drinks in McLaren Vale to Wine Train travel on the South Coast, our team will tailor a package based on your individual requirements and overall budget.
Catering for groups from 7 to 300 people and above, we can deliver an experience in comfortable 12, 20 and 50 seater luxury coaches, and on the rails of South Australia in trains for up to 300 people.
Christmas Celebrations and Functions are extremely popular and its a breeze as we take the hard work out of your planning by offering different options for your group, no matter what size.
We can cover all planning aspects of your experience with Beyond the Vine Wine Tours including transportation, catering and entertainment or if you would like for us to provide one of our experience guides and the transport for your group whilst you organise the rest, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

What's included
Pickup and drop off from your address, return travel, wine tasting at agreed number of wineries, visits to all agreed attractions, lunch and other meals can be incorporated into the price and commentary from a local guide/ host if required.
Departs Adelaide - 9.00 am
Returns Adelaide - 5.00 pm
Times are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the requirements and budget of the client.
Regions visited - Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Adelaide Plains, Langhorne Creek and the Fleurieu, Eden Valley, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale.

You may wish to view our Private Tours options for small groups of 6 and under.
We will send you a full itinerary and list of booked activities for the organiser to view prior to your group tour. If there is something you don't like, let us know and we will adjust the itinerary for you.
